Founder
As a Black cisgender, lesbian woman, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, and I am passionate about helping others by meeting them where they are. I strive to create an open, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe sharing and processing your emotions and experiences.
I specialize in working with individuals/couples who are navigating challenges related to identity, sexuality, depression, anxiety, sex/intimacy issues, & other mental health disorders. Whether you're dealing with addiction, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, or multicultural issues, I'm your girl!
My commitment is to provide a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
Outside of my professional life, I value authenticity, inclusivity, and compassion. These values guide my work and help me connect with clients on a deeper level.

Counselor
Ever wish your therapist truly got you? My goal is to help you transform into the person you envision for your life. I understand that every client’s story is unique, and I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and respect for your individuality—never as a diagnostic label.
I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and relational challenges as well as those struggling with self-esteem, boundaries, and identity. My passion lies in supporting geeks, gamers, creatives, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ individuals who may feel out of place in a neurotypical or cis-normative world. Using CBT, ACT, and elements of geek therapy within an eclectic framework, I help clients manage difficult thoughts, build emotional flexibility, and reconnect with what matters most.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, battling your inner critic, or learning to put yourself first, this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment. Together, we’ll use your strengths and passions as tools for healing, growth, and genuine self-discovery. You’re not alone—and your journey toward change starts here.

Counselor
Hi there guys, gals, and nonbinary pals! I’m Brianna, a makeup loving, music fanatic, who is passionate about advocating for and helping all who struggle with mental health. You may be asking what makes me qualified to help you? Well for starters, I am a first gen college student who has earned two degrees focusing on the inner workings of the brain and social interaction, a bachelors in psychology and a masters in social work to be exact!
I have experience in a few different fields including, but certainly not limited to, family empowerment, suicide prevention, and eating disorders. I have earned and continue to refine my “toolkit” needed to help you work on your personal mental health concerns and challenges throughout my studies.
I strive to help all who seek mental health counsel, but I have a special interest in aiding black and LGBTQIA+ communities, both of which I’m a proud member! Let’s work together to help you build the stepping stones to being your authentic self one session at a time.

Art & Wellness Life Coach
As a Life Coach and creative guide, I help individuals reconnect with their inner light, purpose, and imagination. My approach bridges art, spirituality, and psychology—offering a space where healing becomes a creative act and self-discovery unfolds through reflection, symbolism, and story. I believe that healing is not a linear process but a creative one—a journey of remembering who you are beneath the layers of conditioning and rediscovering your wholeness through mindful exploration.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Expressive Arts, Healing, and Psychology from Antioch University Seattle, with an emphasis on designing transformative experiences for individuals and groups. I began my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling – Art Therapy at Antioch in 2018 and am now completing my CMHC degree at Georgia State University. My creative roots are deeply ancestral—an inheritance of imagination and vision that I’ve refined through formal study at the Savannah College of Art & Design (Atlanta Campus), where I built a strong foundation in visual art and design.
Drawing from my background as an artist and therapist-in-training, I integrate person-centered, expressive, and depth-oriented techniques to support clients navigating life transitions, burnout, self-worth challenges, and creative stagnation. Together, we explore the deeper meaning behind life’s patterns and cultivate tools for emotional wellness and authentic living.
My work is rooted in the belief that every person carries a unique “inner mythology”—a living story that, when understood and honored, guides them toward balance, purpose, and fulfillment.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, transformation, or a renewed connection to your creative spirit, I am committed to offering a compassionate, intuitive, and nonjudgmental space for your growth.
Healing begins with curiosity and self-understanding. Through reflective dialogue, creative exercises, and symbolic exploration, I help clients restore connection to their inner wisdom and move forward with confidence, imagination, and soul.
Outside of my professional work, I can often be found cutting collage pieces in my Yerdiverse studio, communing with God out in nature, enjoying long walks with my dog, Lola, or spending time with my family.

Counselor
As a Holistic Therapist with over eight years of experience, I take an integrative approach that supports the whole person; mind, body, and heart. I believe that true healing happens when all parts of you are acknowledged and nurtured. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, understand their emotional patterns, and create harmony in their daily lives and relationships.
My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe you are your best guide, and my role is to walk alongside you; offering support, tools, and perspective as you move toward your desired healed self. I often integrate behavioral coaching with mindfulness-based practices, breathwork, and sound healing frequency therapy. Sound healing uses therapeutic instruments and tones that help the body enter a relaxed state, allowing emotions and experiences to be processed with greater flow rather than resistance. This ancient practice has also been studied and found to influence the body on a cellular level, promoting emotional release and restoring energetic balance.
I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, age ranges, and identities. My primary focus is supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the constant pressure of “not doing enough.” I also work with couples to help revive their connection through authentic communication, emotional expression, and intentional presence with one another. In addition, I support teens and children in identifying stressors, developing coping skills, and building emotional resilience.
If desired, you can also request my other wellness sessions, including Mental Health Coaching and Sound Healing Session; offered as 1-on-1 or Couples Sound Bath Sessions. Couples are not limited to romantic partners and can include friends, family members, or any pair seeking a shared space for processing, grounding and connection.
Together, we’ll create a space that invites calm, curiosity, and transformation; so you can return to yourself more vibrant and whole!
“Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature.”
