Founder
As a Black cisgender, lesbian woman, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, and I am passionate about helping others by meeting them where they are. I strive to create an open, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe sharing and processing your emotions and experiences.
I specialize in working with individuals/couples who are navigating challenges related to identity, sexuality, depression, anxiety, sex/intimacy issues, & other mental health disorders. Whether you're dealing with addiction, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, or multicultural issues, I'm your girl!
My commitment is to provide a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
Outside of my professional life, I value authenticity, inclusivity, and compassion. These values guide my work and help me connect with clients on a deeper level.

You ever wondered if there was a therapist out there who truly gets you? Who could relate and understand your experiences being different than the normative society? As a Black, bisexual, cis-gendered, alternative blerd, I have a special passion for supporting geeks, gamers, creatives, alternative individuals, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ clients who often feel like they don’t quite fit the mold. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with elements of geek therapy.
My clients often come to me struggling with perfectionism, boundary setting, self-esteem, identity, or body image issues, feeling stuck or overwhelmed in a world that doesn’t always make space for who they are. In our work together, we’ll create that space—judgment-free, collaborative, and affirming.
Whether you’re battling your inner critic, processing trauma, or just trying to survive in a neurotypical or cis-normative world, I’m here to support your growth, healing, and self-discovery. Therapy doesn’t have to be sterile or detached—we can bring your fandoms, creativity, and passions into the room as tools for healing.

Hi! I’m Brianna, a therapist dedicated to supporting those navigating the complexities of mental health. As a bisexual, cisgender Black woman and a first-generation college graduate I've learned that mental health is never one-size-fits-all. While I have the degrees and educational background, I prefer to lead with empathy and a little bit of personality. I’m dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that feels less like a clinical exam and more like an empowering partnership. If you’re looking for someone who brings their whole self to the room so that you can do the same, you’re in the right place.
My journey as a therapist has allowed me to hone my skills in family empowerment, crisis intervention, and eating disorder recovery. These experiences taught me that healing doesn't happen in a vacuum—it happens through connection. I focus my practice on sex therapy and relationship counseling, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore intimacy.
While I am passionate about helping anyone seeking growth, I hold a special focus on uplifting the Black and LGBTQIA+ communities. My goal is to provide you with a refined toolkit of strategies to overcome challenges, helping you build the stepping stones toward your most authentic self—one session at a time.

Counselor
If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I help you build emotional balance and practical tools to manage life with more ease. Together, we’ll blend mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic healing practices to reduce stress, improve communication, and restore harmony; helping you feel grounded, confident, and connected again.
I help clients address their emotions in healthy ways and rebuild connection within themselves and their relationships. Through holistic therapy, mindfulness, and sound healing, I guide you to process emotions with compassion, communicate authentically, and create harmony in mind, body, and heart.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to express what’s really going on inside, you’re not alone. Healing begins when you allow yourself to feel. I’d love to support you in finding peace and deeper connection; both within yourself and in your relationships.

Hi, I'm Deslyn! I'm a warm, passionate counselor dedicated to supporting underrepresented communities and promoting mental health and wellness through empowerment, resilience, and compassionate care. As a Puerto Rican and Cuban woman and a first-generation college graduate, and former athlete, I understand how our cultural identities, lived experiences, and environments can shape our mental health and overall well-being. My goal is to create a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout your journey. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and welcome clients who feel more comfortable communicating in either language.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, direct, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and that you already possess the strength and resilience needed to create meaningful change. Together, we will build on those strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
I enjoy working with young adults, college students, athletes, individuals, and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship and communication difficulties, burnout, identity exploration, performance-related mental blocks, and life transitions. I also have a strong interest in supporting clients as they navigate cultural experiences, intersectionality, identity development, and other unique factors that can impact overall well-being.
Whether you are seeking support, healing, or personal growth, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
“Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature.”
