This free monthly therapeutic process group provides a confidential, facilitated space for adults to explore the emotional impact of the current political climate. Designed for individuals who are carrying anxiety, grief, anger, fear, or a sense of uncertainty related to public policy, social changes, or community-targeted rhetoric, the group focuses on mutual support, validation, and practical coping skills. Sessions will combine open sharing, reflective processing, and evidence-informed strategies for emotion regulation, boundary-setting, and sustaining activism or self-care. Facilitated by licensed clinicians experienced working with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and BIPOC communities, the group emphasizes cultural humility, trauma-informed practice, and collective resilience.
